Long Sleeved Wedding Dresses

Cool weather in the fall and winter is reason enough to opt for a wedding gown with sleeves, but we also like the added elegance a sleeve brings. Lace or chiffon, it adds an extra dimsension to the dress, another detail to pull the whole look together.

Something Different: Colored Crystal

Crystal is a registry staple, and for your wedding you can get as much of it as you please. For the more creative guests on your list, give them the option of giving you color. You'll be glad you did when you need to decorate for festive holidays or just feel like all the clear stuff is a little too formal.

Put It Together: Rustic Bride

If the idea of an elaborate ballroom wedding gives you the shakes, then you are the perfect candidate to be a rustic bride. Loose and easy, nothing fussy, it's a look that's picking up a lot of traction with designers.

Short & Fun: Little White Dresses For Reception Or Getaway

Your gown is big and beautiful, but will you want to dance in it all night? In case you want to go for lighter fare when it comes to your sartorial choices, we suggest a reception dresses. A small, fun party dress -- embellished or simple -- will keep you dancing while making sure everyone still knows that you are the bride. A sky high heel may be impractical on a day to day basis, but since you likely won't be doing any running on your wedding day (we hope) we love the glamour that comes with a true stiletto. Extra high heels have a practical purpose as well: under a giant ballgown they give you the extra height you need.
